Sylvia is a visionary entrepreneur shaped by a unique blend of cultures. Born to a traditional French father and a mother from Easter Island, she grew up where Parisian elegance met the rich artisan traditions of the Māori culture.

Her career in real estate began in the South of France, where she built her expertise by managing, selling, and letting exceptional properties in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Cap d’Antibes, and Cannes. This hands-on experience gave her an intimate understanding of the expectations of an international clientele, the complexities of luxury property management, and the importance of both discretion and detail.

With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and natural materials, Sylvia collaborates with leading architects, artisans, and designers who share her values and vision. Her multicultural heritage and her travels have further sharpened her ability to adapt to different markets, while always maintaining the elegance and authenticity that define her projects.
